Our customer support team is here to help when you are not completely satisfied with your order, the services provided by our company, or generated document template. Our company only initiates refunds under some circumstances. You have to read our refund policy in detail before requesting a refund. You must be aware that our customer support team has the final determination in making the complete decisions associated with a refund issuing process. 

All sales are final because of the digital nature of our product. You can use the preview feature and review the complete information before buying your paystubs. You can immediately contact our customer support team when you happen to make any mistake or require any correction. You will get an instant response and clarify your doubts. 

The overall refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis. However, they are not guaranteed. Each authorized refund will be returned to the actual payment method and processed in 3 to 5 business days based on the card issuer’s policies. 

Refunds will be started when you have paid over one time for a stub, you couldn’t access, email, download, or view your generated pay stub in any situation, and you are unable to edit the generated stub. 

Refunds will not be initiated in the following situations.
