All sales are final because of the digital nature of our product. You can use the preview feature and review the complete information before buying your paystubs. You can immediately contact our customer support team when you happen to make any mistake or require any correction. You will get an instant response and clarify your doubts.
The overall refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis. However, they are not guaranteed. Each authorized refund will be returned to the actual payment method and processed in 3 to 5 business days based on the card issuer’s policies.
Refunds will be started when you have paid over one time for a stub, you couldn’t access, email, download, or view your generated pay stub in any situation, and you are unable to edit the generated stub.
Refunds will not be initiated in the following situations.
- Issues that are not mentioned in the refund section
- You are unsure of the calculations
- You do not like the pay stub
- You decide to alter the information on the pay stub overall.
- You do not decide to use the stub anymore
- You need to edit details in the pay stub later than 48 hours after the pay stub making and payment process
- If you are not a prime user, use the first stub free. Remember that our system checks to find your uniqueness as per different parameters.
